Dealings With Payday Loans Diary

  • I got in trouble with Minicredit once. They really are the worst. Won't answer phone or emails, send texts at 6am, won't agree to payment plans etc. I ended up paying nearly 3 times as much as I borrowed. I tried to make a complaint to OFT, but no help from them. Really dreadful company!

I feel sorry for op and good luck with this.
However need more information before agree with the minimum payment.
    Total income?
    All outgoings excluding loans?
Have you tried to cut down out goings or you want to keep the same life style and pay the loans at your reduce terms?
How have you worked out £20 per loan?
Have you spoken to debt anyon about this?

Unless you have all info pay day loans want take you seriously because they don't know how you are working out to reduce the loans or what changes you have made to make sure loans are paid.

Anyone can say I can only pay so much take it or leave it. If you let them know how much you an pay and provide the supporting documents help.

I hope you are not working for a payday company and using this to advertise them to generate more business.

Slowly go through all the payday companies and make the one you work for winner for example it's the best, help me to do this and that etc.

Looking at your post it seem you have taken the loan from all well known payday companies.

Use one or two new account to back up your post.

Like I said, work out how much you have to pay them, split it between all the loan sharks, send all the info to each and pay them that set amount whether they agree to it or not.

If you have already used the Minicredit before and not happy as you have said paid three times why use them again?
In one of your post you have said your family can help you but still you prefer to you pay day companies with very high apr.

Huh? I don't get it. I think you're getting me mixed up with another poster. I certainly don't work for a payday lender and am just sharing my experience. What a horrible thing to say!

From your posts you are working during the day. I find it odd that while working you have been able to make calls to payday companies, send emails and keep the post updated 7 times. All while working.

  • Well I've only made 4 posts the entire time I've registered here. You've quoted the wrong person there. I don't have any payday loans and was just giving my experience.

On a previous thread you have castigated a poster for not reading posts. Try looking in the mirror. Leave Winking Kitten alone they are not who you think they are!

  • Good on you super Daz for taking some action. I too have payday loans and although it was silly old me that took them out, I am annoyed with the way these companies work. I recently repaid one loan and they said as I was 'such a good customer' they would let me borrow more next time - more than my monthly salary to be precise ! So they know straight up they are prepared to lend to folks who cant repay. I wish their terrible practices could be banned. Anyway not making excuses for my stupidity but there you are ! rant over!
Yeah they certainly do hassle you and some are not prepared at all to listen to you or compromise. Changing accounts was a good move. Perhaps see if you can do what abother poster suggested and pay off the smallest first. get rid of them one by one. Good luck and keep us informed. I appreciate your honesty and sharing your experience.
