Fridge Freezer not Freezing Properly

Hopefully someone on here can offer some advice.
We have a Beko CDA 660 FF Frost Free fridge freezer. The fridge compartment works fine, but the freezer just is not cold enough.
Some foods in it freeze ok, but most of the time, ice cream, bread etc is just not frozen in it.
Can anyone give me ideas on which part is at fault?
Thanks
Craig
