Thanks Gasman, have you had dealings with the same company before? Do you know if unpaid fines with CP Plus can affect personal credit rating?

I also read on the forum that responding confirms my address but would they be allowed to get confirmation of this through the trust anyway?

These are not fines and they cannot affect your credit rating - You are taking these jokers far too seriously.

The less contatct you have with them the better - ideally none at all!

Lucy, you can safely ignore any ticket issued by a private parking firm- look at the above report of what happened when they tried to enforce it. Unfortunately as you already paid a couple they will see you as an easy mark and send you a lot of bumph thinking you are going to line their coffers again, but, just ignore any further correspondence, put it in the bin unopened if you're of a nervous disposition...
