Does anyone know if I am within my rights to sit in on my husbands back to work interview with his personal advisor as he claims for me (I have a 10 month old baby)? He has an interview next week and I would like to attend also, although he is the one actually looking for work.
Thanks.
Thanks.

You are not within your rights, you don't have any. But they should allow him to bring you
It's not a joint claim, btw, saying it is could confuse the issue0 -
OP are you also looking for work?0

I'm curious to know why you would want to in on his interview to be honest. Isn't he man enough to go alone? The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Poorly worded, maybe, but a valid point.
It is implying that a person of male gender is not a 'real man' if that person displays any weaknesses or invulnerabilities. It conforms to stereotypes that a person of male gender should be invincible and oozing confidence, which in reality is not the case, and does not make that person any less of a man if they don't display those traits. Men are all different.
It is misandristic, 'Femail', stereotyping rubbish.0 -

Like I said, poorly worded. But presumably the OP won't be attending job interviews or the workplace with the partner, so the question is valid0 -
OP, why would you want to 'sit in' on this interview, I just get the impression that you dont think he is capable of saying'doing the wrong thing so you want to be there to check or correct him.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

it might be badly worded - but does anyone - male or female - have the right to sit there on the appointment? I have never heard of such a thing, unless there is a specific need of course.0 -
