This was made from a tray I found in a charity shop, ribbon (LOTS of ribbon!), glass pearl beads and my trusty hot glue gun

How cool! I've seen roses piped onto cupcakes which look really good, but did not know you could make roses out of ribbon. I've obviously led a very sheltered life
. Is it difficult?

Not particularly... very ribbon intensive! And you can either do it using a hot glue gun for those ones or with needle and thread for a slightly different type of rose DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

The roses are made of 2 sliiiightly different cream ribbons - I quite liked the effect to be honest - looked better than a uniform cream Currently on the hunt for enough black ribbon to complete my black ribbon wreath for Valentines... could prove tricky though!
