Santander Preferred Account cashback questions

I am looking at applying for a Santander Preferred Account for the cashback and 5% interest up to £2500.
I have a few questions:
1. If I have a part-time job, am I able to list myself as 'Employed'?
2. The application form asks whether or not I am currently a Santander customer. I have savings accounts with them, but I have never held a current account. The wording is as follows:

If I choose the first option, will that affect my eligibility for cashback? On the main site it is listed as an offer for anyone who does not hold a current account with them.I am an existing Santander customer and I live in the UK
