Premier Inn and Leisure vouchers

Has anyone else noticed that Premier Inn have sneakily changed their terms and conditions so that Leisure vouchers can no longer be used as payment for Premier Saver rooms?
This may not be an issue for most people, however I do the National Shopping Monitor and have for years used my points to exchange for Leisure vouchers to pay for Premier Inn rooms. It makes a big difference to the cost of a holiday to be able to get one or two nights' accommodation free. I currently have £90 saved up for a stay in London next week (at Premier Saver rates) and will probably not be able to use the vouchers
I know there are lots of other places that Leisure vouchers can be used but to be honest we never go to any of these other places (not many of the options have branches near us, plus the other hotels are expensive).
Another source of irritation is that this is only mentioned in one place on the website - buried in some terms and conditions - whereas all the other terms and conditions state that Leisure voucher are accepted as payment. They've also changed the t&cs so that pre-payment is mandatory for most Saver bookings, which is why I was checking the t&cs in the first place

Thats ridiclious as leisure vouchers are gift vouchers and not promotional vouchers in anyway, they are treated as cash,so why are they not allowing you to use them, really is bad0
