Well done to a certain member of TomTom customer care today, who assisted me in obtaining a refund for my grandmothers TomTom that had ceased working.
It was 2 and a half years after the original purchase date and I was really impressed at how quickly he sorted it out for me(after a bit of SOGA banter from me lol)
Well done Tom Tom I would recommend you, mark of a good company-when something goes wrong you put it right :money:
