recording from sky+ onto archos using dvr station?

Sorry if this has already been posted but i was just wondering if it is possible to record programmes you've recorded on sky+ onto archos using the dvr station,,, had a quick go myself with no joy an am hopin that someone can point me in right direction...

Recorded programs on Sky+ are encrypted so there's no quick way.
All you can do is play the recorded programs you want and record them on the Archos. I think you can use the Sky+ copy function to do this replacing an external DVD recorder with the Archos.One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0 -
