Apologies if this has been posted before or is on the site somewhere, I did a quick search and didn't find anything. I bought something online on January 12th and received a confirmation the same day to say it had been shipped. I have heard nothing since. I have emailed them twice over the past few weeks to chase but have had no reply. The customer service number on the website doesn't work. It seems the company may not be legit.... Can I do anything or do I just have to write it off? It was under £100 and I paid on debit card.
Thanks
Thanks

You could look at MSE's Debit Card Chargeback article.
Not much else anyone can say as you have given very few clues.
What website?
What was the product?
Is there an address on the website you could write to?
Are they UK based?0 -
Thanks for that, the charge back looks like what I am after. It is a UK company, they have a postal address in London, the item was headphones.0

And what was the name of the company?0

Technically the company have done nothing wrong yet (other than offering poor service). It's only if you cancel and they don't refund within 30 days or if they haven't performed after 30 days.0
