Overpayment of student finance, what's the minimum payments I can make?

Through my relatively short time at Uni I really suffered with ill health & in the end I had to withdraw from the course.
I am now left with an overpayment that I have to repay. I am unsure of the mimimum weekly payment I can offer to pay in order to clear this over time. Due to my ill health & on going ill health I am on benefits as am unable to work.
If anyone can advise that would be really appreciated.

Best thing to do is give them a call on the number and explain the situation. They will be able to come to an arrangement with you.0

I just wanted some ideas before I phone them. Because I know when paying certain overpayments of benefits, there is a minimum payment that can be made.0

have you put up your incomings and outgoings over on the DFW board? it might be worth taking the opportunity to sort out all aspects of your budget, since income is clearly very resticted for you right now. they'll also be able to check that you're getting all that you're entitled to. also, you'll know exactly what you can afford to pay - it's no good coming up with a figure that gets you into financial problems, even if it is what others have done.
hope it works out - don't stress too much as they tend to be reasonable when you get in touch (they're less sympathetics if they've done lots of chasing!) - more reasonable than other debts anyway.:happyhear0 -

Thanks for the reply.
What is the DFW board?
This has been dragged out by the fact that the Uni gave SFE the incorrect withdrawl date from the start. So I've had a lot of chasing up to do myself in order to get the correct overpayment amount.0 -

hmm not really too keen on putting my incomings on a public board for all to see. + I'm not exactly in debt, it's just this student loans overpayment that I need to clear.
Thanks for the idea tho'.0
