alternative method of payment

Hi
I can't use paypal as I don't have a debit/credit card, and doubt I could get a bank account ( poor credit rating ) someone has suggested this prepaid card:-

has anyone got one? are they safe to use?

Yes, they're fine, I had one of their other cards for a while http://www.sterlingcard.co.uk/, I also took advantage of their free credit builder facility

You may be able to get a bank account from the Co Op Bank. They have a basic bank account called 'Cashminder' which has a debit card but no overdraft or cheque book. It is one of the very few accounts available to people who are bankrupt so having a poor credit rating shouldn't be a problem.
