Thank you everyone for your very kind words and support, and mostly being so nice
You are a great bunch!!
Well today is a new day and I've come back fighting! Yesterday wasnt do good! But I have been quite proactive!! I have called local council and set up a payment plan for the Council Tax as the last thing I want is Bristow and Sutor on my door step (grrrrrr!!!!!) So that is the priority sorted, and I am taking about four "Prove it letters" to the post office now, so will see what comes back from them! I am determined to say solvent and will do whatever it takes to get all this paid myself!! Listed loads on ebay today too and will keep looking for more to put on...................Do you think I would get a good price for a little blue eyed, blonde haired two year old boy? Hes very cute! Honest!!!Getting back on the Wagon after falling with a thump!

I noticed you have a National Insurance debt - is this for your self-employed business? - if so you can register an exemption if you earn under about £5k a year - this might be worth looking into at least until you earn more.
And thank you very much for this suggestion! This is next on my to do list

Hi,
Just a quickie on the maintenance from DS dad and I had a solicitors agreement for £150 per month not much but he then claimed he couldn't afford to pay it so stopped completely, he too was self employed, i now only get £21.70 per month but on the plus side he is going to have to go back to work now as his business has failed, so its likely that we will get an increase in CSA payments.
The other thing about the CSA is that they are changing their structure so it may well be worth getting on board now even if you only get £5 per month at the moment as it may save you in adminstration costs later down the line when the system changes. Previous experience from my exOH (not DS dad) shows that they tend to keep people on the same system they originally applied to.
Hope this helps sorry if it seems a little confusedJan 13/15 Feb 16/15 March 19/20 April 17/15:D May 0/17
