So Sky has started free screening again maybe Virgin will get the hint now!

    Sadly NOT ! :(

We're sorry to say that Movies First will no longer be available.
But the good news is that as you're a Virgin Media customer you can still catch the best films in other great ways.

Your sofa's a cinema with Virgin Movies.
Popcorn ready? You'll need it with so many brilliant new films available the same day as their DVD release.

    C'est la vie :(

To those who are going to see a preview of Locke today, please ignore the trailer which is misleading. The film does not contain car chases etc. If that is what you are expecting, you will be sorely disappointed.

They were showing it in at least two screens and there were around 20 empty seats in the screen I was in, which I was surprised about.

The organisation wasn't very good but as usual the promoters had not told Cineworld anything. They should have used a seat allocation to prevent people from hanging around to obviously get the better seats. I was told i was in screen 3 so queued downstairs at the front only to be told i should be in screen 9 where i found a long queue awaited me. By all accounts the so called VIPS who were supposed to watch the film did not turn up so friends of mine were then moved from screen 3 to 9. Russell Crowe was there though so that was good. I enjoyed the film but it was a shame that the promoters didn't organise it better.

Yeah, lining up to swap the printouts for a postcard was a little pointless.

Sign in, then go to Find and Watch TV, then choose Movies.
When there are tickets to be booked,it will show up on that page.

Click on "Find and Watch TV" it gives you a drop down box. Under Sky Channels, it has Sky Movies. Click on that.

When there are tickets available for previews, it is on that page.

    Does that help?

Thanks Pooch. I can't see anything previews there, so can I assume that they remove the preview when it's full?
I can't see Spiderman so all the tickets are gone?

Sorry for all these questions, I'm a sky newbie!

I'm presuming the same as you. Sky have changed everything around since they last did previews. Making it a lot harder to find the info.

BTW the direct link to the page I directed you to, is on the 2nd post on Codes Only. Hopefully, the next preview will show on that page.

No, I think it's just Sky's way of making it more difficult to get tickets in the first place!!
