i loved the book and went sort of expecting it to not be that good but i was entralled, it is slow and builds up well true to the book and it made me cry. i really couldnt speak for about 5 mins after i was so emotional.
and yes like the book it is narrated by Death;)

hope that covers what you wanted without spoilling it.
