Ignore the know-it-all moaners who actually know nothing at all.

As you found out for yourself, it isn't possible to cancel tickets on the website after a certain time nor on the day of the film. Do as Poochface said, the cancel option is on the e ticket if you ever need to cancel again in future.

Entered the competion for This is the End tickets and just got an email saying I won tickets for The Internship.

Anyone else have the same?

The code for This is The End might be for invalid for some but not for all. I got tickets although I am not an invited guest.
