If you already have tickets but would like to change the name on them: changeofname@showfilmfirst.com

Did you check to see if it went into your spam folder?

Yes checked all my folders, I don't need it tonight but usually get an automated reply & had nothing so far

Try sending it again but sometimes they can take a few hours.
To be honest, I don't bother with them any more.

Behind The Candelabra, just got tickets.

Still no reply from showfilmfirst, the problem is both sets of tickets are in my name. I got one lot when the first code was released then 1 lot when the mail code was released & I'm going with friends. In total there is 7 of us going on 4 lots of 2 tickets as a friend did the same as me & got 2 lots of tickets in the same name so think they would be better with a change of name?

No, don't bother about that. I often take groups of friends and tickets are all in my name.

Apart from anything else, the email doesn't change the name on the tickets.

Sometimes, it just confuses staff. Just take all your group in with you and you can present the tickets.

You'll be fine.
