Not keen on Virgins next screening, if you are a Stone Roses fan, great!
The Great Gatsby or The Iceman would be more interesting. :(

SUMMER IN FEBRUARY is set in the years running up to the First World War and focuses on the wild and bohemian Lamorna Group, dominated by the charismatic Alfred Munnings. The incendiary anti-Modernist Munnings, now one of Britain’s most sought-after artists, is at the heart of a complex love triangle, also involving aspiring young painter Florence Carter-Wood and Gilbert Evans, the land agent in charge of the Lamorna estate. True – and deeply moving – the story is played out against the timeless beauty of the Cornish coast, in the far West of England, beyond the reach of London and its stifling conventions.

Especially because it was AWFUL. Saw it last night and can't recommend enough to avoid it, no idea how you can make a film with an all-star cast and yet it be so wooden!

Strange, my parents went to see it and loved it. Each to their own I guess

Ha, glad I didn't go. Had tickets but cancelled them in the afternoon mainly due to the fact that it was raining and the film didn't look like it was worth getting wet for.

Annoying that it's this months Virgin film as well, they must be desperate to get word of mouth (good or bad) for this movie.

I agree physicsgirl - one to be avoided! Too many unnecessary sexual references - just not funny. Such a pity as it was a brilliant cast.
