AND they've COCKED IT UP !!!

Logged in on the new page with my usual User ID and Password,
.... it is displaying MY FIRST NAME on the top row ...

went into the page for a movie and it asks "CHECK YOUR DETAILS"

It is showing the email address for MY NEPHEW :eek:

Now the Sky account isn't mine, it is partly my brother's but mostly his son's ... which explains how they have his email details ...

BUT I have access to it via a different login etc. (perfectly legal, provided by Sky, is it called an "Alias account"?) and get the tickets for myself because they don't want or can't use them 99% of the time.

Wonder where MY EMAIL address is being displayed ?

Just to add ... where it shows my Nephew's details, there is an EDIT button which will allow me TO CHANGE IT !!!!! :eek:

AND MORE - I'm an (Official Title) "Authorised Secondary User" - if I click on MY NAME at the top of the screen, not only does it show me my brother's home address, I apparently have access to changing the PIN code to the 2 Sky cards amongst other such account settings and details

Cancel or retrieve goes to the booking page where you can cancel up until a few hours before the screening. If not you have to click the bottom of your email to cancel.

Thanks Ben problem is after I collect the kids, get them in the car, drive home and start cooking dinner, running baths and reading bed time stories. I kind of forget :rotfl:

Depending on your phone, I have set the email notifications for the two free ticket forums address to sound different.
That way you can quickly know if the notification is relevant.

I get the feeling that some people don't like the 'new tickets available' posts, but I find them really helpful, especially in situations like this, when you really want tickets.
