Hi - Does any one know if you can cancel show film first tickets once you get some? Not really a computer savvy type of a girl and cant see anything obvious on their home page?

There is a cancellation option to click on the actual tickets these days.

If you look at the bottom of the confirmation email. It says click here to cancel. You can also log into the website, click print ticket and it shows cancel at the bottom and you just click there :)

If you cannot make it to a screening for which you have tickets, we can give your tickets to someone else: icantgo@showfilmfirst.com

That would be far too logical for SFF lol

Mind you, at least SFF and Sky offer an easy way to cancel, I just wish Disney did too.

    Finally somebody bothered to reply

All you had to do was use the search option. Type in Flight and the original post by rummy comes up.

That's a different code - there seem to be two:

607230 which comes up as invalid
    607231 which works!
  • Exactly. I been trying to get that answer from here for hours now.

The original code was valid when first published.

This seems to be a new code, possibly updated by Radio Times.
