Firstly, are you sure you didn't get the ticket? Did you check in your spam folder?

Secondly, I think they send reminders closer to the date of the preview.

Thirdly, a tip that might help in future if you are unable to print the ticket straight away. Save it to pdf then you can print at a later date.

Thanks Poochface, got a reminder today :-)

So we turned up at Birmingham Odeon on Saturday morning to watch Wreck it Ralph, we were given our 3D glasses and told which screen it was, went in and sat down and got our glasses on ready to see the movie. The cinema attendent comes in at 10:30am to say they are just awaiting the unlock code film should be on in the next 10 minutes or so. Then a few minutes later he comes back ans says sorry the film won't be shown. :(
However, as a gesture of good will they gave free tickets to see any other film :). Watched Life of Pi instead but gutted couldn't watch Wreck it Ralph.

There was another preview the following day. Did you not have tickets for that date?

    Hi everyone

    Just a quick note,

Welcome to all new MSE members.

We have had a few new users posting on this thread offering/asking for tickets, please be aware that this is against mse rules so your posts may be removed.

Also we seem to be getting a few dupes on the codes board again by new users so please search the thread for a code before posting as this helps subscribers not get duplicate emails.

    Thanks guys

I had tickets to see Wreck It Ralph yesterday at the Cineworld in Cheltenham. Turned up only to find that the manager had no idea it was supposed to take place. He offered to let us all into Tinkerbell instead, but most people weren't happy. I'm curious whose fault it was. It seems that there weren't any problems at the other Cineworlds.

Who issued your tickets yesterday? SFF or Disney?

It was Disney. I've already contacted them, I'm just waiting for a reply.
