It's a family film & every Disney Screening I've been to is for upto 4 people, if people can't go then I'd say to cancel tickets using this email address [EMAIL="help@disney.co.uk"]help@disney.co.uk[/EMAIL] That's what I've used when I've had problems in the past.

Have you ever heard back when cancelling that way?
They certainly don't seem to put any tickets back into the pool.
