    Until i started to read on this forum i would have never have lodged complaint or comments to companies. Eg. The problem i had with Braun.

    20 Teabags and Money Off vouchers - Yorkshire Tea - Asked for sample
    10 mixed teabags and Money off vouchers - Tetleys - Asked for sample
    Sample on the way - L'Occitane - Asked for sample
    Vouchers on the way - Walkers - Comment about multipack
    Want to speak to me - Braun - Complaint about rusty foil on shaver bought in Boots.
    3 Months Free subscription service - Premier Sports - Complained because the advertised game was not shown because of over running of something from America.
