    I also got the same card for 1.22 wonder what it is,thinking its a brothers cider t-shirt

    .....possibly not...I received the t shirt the other day...the envelope it was in was pre printed with the 2nd royal mail standard postage paid so its unlikely that is what your card is for

    22p is the difference between a second class letter and a second class large letter. RM add on a £1 handling charge to underpaid items.
