If you dont go to the sorting office to collect your item then Ibelieve it will be returned to the sender if they have put a return address on the item...

My sorting office is usually quite good and if you have to pay additional postage they will show you the item first before you decide if its worth paying the extra money for....so you may want to go and see what the item is before you decide to let it be returned or not

It would seem that clix research may have sent out a few things for trials recently with insufficent postage on...maybe you are registered with them and it could be that...
