Love Film - Problems

I am experiencing some problems with Love Film and want to know what my rights are.
I already had a Love Film subscription for £4.99 a month and bought a six month unlimited subscription deal (worth £9.99 a month) off Amazon Black Friday for £17.99. I added it to my account and it gave me the option to either pay for a years worth of my subscription at £4.99 a month or to change to unlimited for the next six months which I opted for.
One month later they have billed me £9.99. I rang Love Film and they have said that they won't give me the money back as I didn't switch correctly. Even though I entered a code and they gave me the option which was a box that I ticked so impossible to do it incorrectly. They have now moved me on to the correct plan (even though the code had to be activated before 25th December 2011) and given me 6 months worth starting from now.
Is there any way that I can get my money back from them? This isn't the first time I have had problems with them. They seem to have rubbish customer service.
