That is normal for sales reps. That is their job.
I know that and it wasn't a criticism of her or the way she works it was an acknowledgement from me that it makes 'me' feel under pressure or out of control so I back off if that makes sense. Not back off in the way I won't go back to her if I feel her package is the best for us but back off in the way that I want to leave that be now until I make my decision and then I will be back to her if its good for us, rather than keep chatting to her about it I'd rather process it all myself now I have her figures and policy details.0
