How do I remove paint from tiled floor please

Options
Hello I wonder if some good soul can give me advice how I can remove several patches of dried paint from a tiled (quary type) floor colour dark grey - without damaging the tiles or leaving them discoloured.

I seem to recall that a few years ago a non-harmful paint remover - a gel I think - was available.

I have tried white spirit with scourers to no avail and also these new non chemical white cleaning blocks but no good either.

I would be very grateful for your help as currently my hallway looks awful!

Thanks

Nitromors paint stripper. Remove the bulk with a flexible scraper after soaking with nitromors. Use a wad of wirewool on a short stick with more nitromors to remove the residue
