Graphic card recommendation for Dell Dimension e520

I need a recommendation for a graphic card which dual monitor with following set up.
PC - Dell Dimension E520
Monitor 1 - AOC M19W (with tv), DVI and VGA ports
Monitor 2 - Sharp LL-17A-B (VGA port)
Have tried Sapphire X1550 PCI Express graphic card - never got VGA to work. It could be the motherboard but don't know.
Anyone got a Dell E520 or know for sure a graphic card which would work. Want a cheap graphic card under £25 - seen a couple but not sure if they will do the job.

Geforce 6200 will do the trick by PNY. £30ish.
Make sure you install the software and setup the dual display using the software.0
