hi,new to forum.i took out a loan from nationwide in 2003.it was made out that to take out ppi would help to get loan.in 2004 i went long term sick.when i tried to claim i was told i did not qualify as my husband was first on loan agreement.i phoned nationwide to make a claim last month but was told no info on any loan had ppi on i.they sent a letter saying they were closing the file on my claim.i have since phoned nationwide and they have now found the .loan with ppi on it and are sending copy to me.any advice on what to do now and what to claim for.gail

If any/all apply to you then put a claim in.
As the second named borrower you may have only been covered for death,the first named borrower is covered for everything else, put this in the complaint,had the ppi been explained in full, re what you were insured against,you would have known you were not eligible to make a claim,as this was not explained to you,you thought you were both fully covered .0 -
