I am not sure if the cards themselves are illegal, but I agree that discussion is probably not allowed on this board as it is unlikely the card is being used for 'homebrew purposes'.

Yes, while the card itself is not illegal, 'with all the games' suggests you're not just using open source software on there.

If it has any of the official Nintendo games or other commercial publishers' games, they are illegal copies.

Nintendo generally try to block use of these cards for that reason. There may be a way to fix it, but anyone that suggests ways on the forum might get in trouble with the admins.
