Problem Patio Doors

I had new patio doors fitted last July, since then they have been back to repair them 3 times. I chose the doors because they slid back easily without any effort. When they were first put in they were OK. After a couple of months they became hard to open, they were repaired. This same scenario has happened twice more. Today I can hardly open or close the door. My question is do I have to put up with this until the 10 year guarantee runs out? Any help would be appreciated.
