I like many have received a charge, £100 or £75 if settled early, I wrote explained that I had displayed my permit but this had blown down when I closed the car door as this was on floor on my return, i did send them a copy of my permit, but they have refused this and still want me to pay up. please help what do now, legally, I am very concerned and cannot afford this personally or financially. I just do not know what to do next ?

Ignore them but have a read of the signs around the place you park. Valley enforcement aka PPS do clamp, they could not clamp for an unpaid invoice, but they could create a situation were they could clamp you!0

Hi do not pay them anything,Do not appeal,Do not contact them,They only want your cash
They will send you a few demands and hand you over to CCS Collect which pretend to be a different company but they both operate from the same address
You do not have to give them any information at all
Just search for some of my previous posts to see what to expect
And a note to all ,any company who use ENFORCEMENT in the company name is not a legitmate company
Just trying to sound like tough guy Americans and to intimidate people into paying them money they are not entitled to0
