Please don't view unless you have the following; £1600 to move in includes rent in advance and fees. Nil deposit. You will also need as much of the following information as possible:
1) Tenants full names, current Address, date of birth & phone numbers.
2) Current landlords name, address & phone numbers for the last three years. Include Dates from and to.
3) Children's names and dates of birth
4) ex-partners or partners Name, address and phone numbers.
5) Parents, Name, address and phone numbers.
6) National insurance number.
7) Car registation, make, model & colour Can you send to me via post:

No its on gumtree site they have a couple of properties that Ive spotted
am I allowed to put link up?.. guess prob not as it includes there phone number.. but if you search on there under 7 bed house rent sheerness0 -
I too assumed that it was identity theft, but it doesn't appear to be. They're a company (although some places indicate just one guy) that has been around for quite a while, they have their information listed elsewhere:
