I saw an offer for Ultraberi cost £4.99 but on offer at £1.99, foolishly I did this and two weeks later without any knowledge a further £71.41 was taken from my credit card. After reporting this to the police and credit card, and sending numerous emails they have said they are refunding $81.02 which is two thirds of what they have taken. I'm a little scared to pursue it any further in case I don't get anything. I have not received any further goods and neither did I ask for any, they are telling me it's a monthly subsription similar I believe to one I have seen on here for face cream.
Credit card are sending me a payment dispute form but telling me that even though I've put a block on my credit card they will still pay any further demands. I'm horrified at this information. Watch out everyone.
They now tell me that if you don't go ahead with a subscription they charge $28 to restock, this is such a scam they buy in bulk and they do not cost this much in Holland & Barratt. Stay away I have seen other similar scams with the same company for other products.
