Paypal MicroPayments account help

I've just signed myself up for a new personal Paypal account as i'd like to have one standard account and one for these new fangled 'micro payments'.
I've signed up and added all the details i need to other than confirming my bank (will do later) but then when i go to the micropayments website, it doesn't seem to work?
Could somebody else please check for me if this site works for them?

I'm clicking on 'signup' and the page isn't changing. Am i missing something silly or is there another way of doing it?

    Once you've signed up for a micro payments account you just log in to Paypal as a normal account, there isn't a separate site for logging in, only registering.

    Sorry, it's the registering i'm trying to do :)
    I believe you sign up for an standard account then go to that website to convert it to a micropayments one?
  • I think you need to email them through Contact Us and ask them to convert it.
    I seem to remember doing that when I created mine. HTH

    I was having problems to and emailed paypal this is the reply i received

    if you appear to be having difficulties visiting https://micropayments.paypal-labs.com I would just like to check the browser that you are using for the internet.
    If you are using Google Chrome as a browser, PayPal are aware that there are confliction issues using PayPal on this browser. I would like to suggest that you use either Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer as your browser whilst using PayPal.
    If you are using Firefox or Internet Explorer however, I would suggest that you clear both the Cache and Cookies from the browser and attempt to visit the above link again.
    Depending on which browser you use, this can be done under 'Options,' 'Preferences,' or 'Tools'. Because deleting your cache and cookies relates to your web browser software and not PayPal, see your browser's online help section for further info
  • I wondered if Chrome had anything to do with it but i'd tried Safari as well with no luck. Thanks for the info :)
