    we will phone again..they have the account number its in there letter to us saying they will put the money straight into our account...i just wondered if anyone had waited 2 months or longer...John

    If it helps, you can definitely claim accrued interest on this amount at 8%. So if you're not desperate for the money right away, they're probably doing you a favour by holding onto it since that's a lot more than you could get in any savings account.

    NB: I think this is the case based on them agreeing that they owe you money, but who knowns whether PPI claims are somehow exempt from the statutory money claim interest rate. IANAL.

    Well we just foned Lioyds and yet again we was told there is no time limit.. As we foned up a month ago we were put on the prioraty list we was also told that interest would be recalculated on the day money was put into our account..i Well lets seee how long it is now ...John
