Have you tried ringing them, there's bound to be a telephone number on the letterhead? Think we need a bit more info!0 -
sorry .yes ppi ..we phoned a month ago and they said they had no time scale in which to give the money back... In the letter they gave us intrest on the money till boxing day .. it says in the letter if they dont hear from you that mean u accept the money and they would put it into our account ...John0

Call them or write them a letter to ask where your refund is and if you like ask them to recalculate the interest due to you. Ask them to confirm which account it will be paid into if the letter does not specify..
