    expand on what for
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    Is this a PPI reclaim?

Have you chased them up on it? and if so by phone or in writing? Did the original letter give any indication of timescale?

Have you tried ringing them, there's bound to be a telephone number on the letterhead? Think we need a bit more info!

Call them or write them a letter to ask where your refund is and if you like ask them to recalculate the interest due to you. Ask them to confirm which account it will be paid into if the letter does not specify..

Difficult for anyone to advise more than that other than to tell you it does seem to be longer than you would expect.

It might be worth posting on the PPI reclaiming thread.
