text message giving
Options
I have a 'pay as you go' phone.
hardly use it for calls and top it up £10 a month to get 'free' text messages and internet allowance.
So every month my balance increases.
When its Comic Relief or Children in Need i can offload some of this balance by texting their text giving number and i am relieved of phone cash to a good cause.
The rest of the year i am struggling.
Can anyone direct me to a list of charities that operate this text giving facility?
I had been giving to Christian Aid to help them buy mosquito nets.
Dont want to continue that (worthy as the cause is) as i am not a christian and dont know what else i might be funding.
