Still have debt wth bank

Hi

The bank I am considering claiming against is clydesdale bank, I have a current loan, overdraft and credit card with them.

The loan I had PPI on was paid off with the loan I currently have, Is it still possible to claim and what happens if I do?

If you were mis sold with either,then put a claim into the bank for mis sell.

Give them 2 weeks to send you an acknowledgment,and 8 weeks total to give you a final response.

Ionly had PPI with first loan, if I claim on that loan will they call in all the other accounts?

No they wont,this is treating you unfairly.
They should look at the second loan too,the ppi from the first will have been rolled into this one,less any rebate they gave you.
Put both loan numbers.
