Well, ten weeks to the day I initially sent my claim back to FP - I received my cheques and our loan account has been re-adjusted.

Hi would you mind letting me know if your success was on your 5 year cash back or a claim against the interest on the PPI?
I've just found out from Amersall (first class!) that I am able to claim on the interest.....I originally thought I couldn't do anything more once I got the cash back after the 5 years were up on the PPI!
It's sickening to think they'll still charge interest for the next 20 years for an insurance that's expired....I hate them so much, unfortunately success stories with FP are few and far between so well done you happy days!!0 -
