Barclayloan/Barclaycard help

hello all ,
ive been recently following all the hype with PPI in the media and thought i would inquire to the bank about my own accounts.
It turns out i had PPi on a barclayloan 2002~2005 (£4500), barclayloan 2003~2006 (£2000) and a barclaycard 2003~2007.
I contacted the bank and they (barclays/BC) provided me with claim numbers and have in the last few days provided me with questionairres (per loan/card). Now as this all happened years ago when i was 18 i havent always been on top with my keeping of accound details ect.
I do not have any details whatsoever (sign up agreements ect) for my barclayloans other than the fact i still use the current account daily with which the loans were payed with.
I do have 50% of statements/bills off my barclaycard although i have no details of sign up agreements etc. The PPI was removed in 2007 and account settled and closed in 2010.
as i am on the brink of sending back my completed questionairres would anyone like to "throw me a bone" on do's and don't's regarding my situation. I am a honest person and if im not entitled to a cent then so be it, but i feel that i was sold all PPI's under a explination that was a false pretence.
any help would be of great help in helping me help my finances!:)

Check your direct debit list if you have internet banking, this will show the account number for the loan.
If you do not do internet banking, then ask at branch, they will help you.
All you need for the Barclaycard is the card number, this is on your statement.
Look here for reasons for mis sell,if any/all apply to you then put a claim in.

Just be truthful,if you are not sure about anything, then that is what you put, good luck.0
