Hi can anyone help with this?
I have written to our card lender (had the card 12yrs) to recalim PPI and they have sent us T&C's dated November 2011 and cannot find our original agreement.
HELP!!! Where do I go from here?

Do you still get statements for this card,(you say it is current),if you do then all you need are reasons for mis sell,the account number and if you have any statements,they will help,only send photocopies.
A copy of the agreement may not help you,as ppi is sometimes put on when you activate the card.
