quick help appreciated - how to discount two items with free postage

Is this possible? Not sure that it is, but greater minds than me might know!

I know I can't do it on the ebay invoice, maybe I can do it through paypal?

Thanks for any quick answers as buyer is waiting for me to get back to them.

too many comps..not enough time!

No, it's not possible unless you refund after full payment, or if you list 2 at the reduced price. You could manually send an invoice but I don't think it would allow you to change the amount if you pick the listing from Paypal.
  • It's really annoying isn't it! I often have this problem as I offer free P&P - I usually refund via paypal after payment has been received.

Thanks you've both said what I thought! It is annoying because it sounds very odd to say to a customer - pay me then I'll refund!

I discounted one item as suggested but of course the buyer has not yet bought it..no doubt someone else will and I'll be out of pocket..!

Never discount one, just relist two at the reduced combined price.
