Cahoot flexi loan help

Hi
I took out a cahoot flexi loan in 2002 which included ppi and was on my quest to reclaim it :-)
Here is my problem, for which I would be grateful of any help.
I cancelled the ppi after maybe 3 years as my memory from that time has become a little hazy, and the other problem is I cant find my original loan agreement.
I paid santander the sum of £1 for a copy of my loan agreements, and finally after a month they have turned up.
There is no mention of PPi on the agreements when i know there definitely was, so a phone call to santander was made and there responce was that because the ppi wasnt on loan when they took over cahoot, there records are showing there was no PPi on loan.
Is there anyway possible to find out when I cancelled the PPi and to prove i definitely had it.
I had the idea of finding old emails as I cancelled PPi by email but unfortunately that was several hard drives and new computer later.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried requesting this from Cahoot?,although the length of time that has passed, they may no longer hold records,it might be worth ringing them and asking.0

i phoned them today and they said they dont hold the information anymore, as santander took over :-(0

Worth a try.0 -

another quick question for people who have had a cahoot loan:
In my flexi loan agreements it doesnt mention how much the loan is in total, am i missing abit of the agreements?0 -
Usually on your original CCA there should be a tick box on the form about PPI on the same page as your signature. Although, I could be wrong but then again if your sure you had PPI on the account it should be up to Santander to contact cahoot to find out, not you.Current Debt
Barclays Student Overdraft £3,000 [£3,000 limit - £7 monthly fee, 0% interest]
Nationwide Overdraft £145 [£150 limit 19.9% interest]
Barclaycard £2,990 [£4,000 limit - 0% interest until April 14]
Vanquis £1,331.96 [£3,000 limit - 39.9%APR)
Capital One £50 [STRIKE]£81.54 [/STRIKE][£200 limit - 27.9%APR)0 -

I had one of these but I don't think it has a 'total' as such. Originally I had £7k at my disposal but it was up to me how much of that I used so the total loan value could be lower than the agreed upper limit.
I was thinking about claiming the PPI back on it but I'm in the same position in that the loan subsequently went to Santander so I think the chances of finding out when I cancelled the the PPI are slim to none! Was definitely when it was still with Cahoot
