Hi would anyone know if you can claim back late payment fees for this company or type of loan? As I've been in and out of work over the years they keep ramping up late payment fees and interest and are not interested in helping me. ??

    I'd suggest asking on the reclaim charges section of the forum, they may be able to advise better - Reclaim Bank & Credit Card Charges
    Might be useful if you could provide additional information - such as how much the late payment fees were.
