Hi, can anybody tell me who i should be chasing to get my tumble dryer repaired? it is 1 year and 2 weeks old.
i have spoken to the manufacture and the shop and they basically said tough you will have to pay almost as much as the dryer cost to have it repaired.
I understand that under the sale of goods act a product should be fit for purpose and last a reasonable time.
I am prepared to get the dryer fixed at my cost and pursue someone for a percentage of the repair cost.
Should i be chasing the shop or the manufacture?

The shop (read up on SOGA before getting the repairs done yourself!)
