Action needed!!!
Cavalier attitude from EDF energy!
They are saying ''we don't need to reduce our gas and electricity prices as we were always cheaper than BG etc and we have no plans in the pipeline to reduce prices in the near future'', This is what I was told today when I called EDF and asked them when they were going to do the honourable thing and follow suit with BG and lower thier utility prices, when I pushed them further and asked why they had no plans as their prices had also risen several times over the last 12 months I was told ''well thats what we've been briefed to say'', clearly any customers of EDF need to get on the phone right now and demand they follow suit to reduce their prices!!!

interesting EDF are still competitive for electricity their gas is very expensive now, according to energywatch figures Scot Power and EDF seem to be the most expensive for gas so they don't beat BG on gas. I'd look at switching EDF don't even have an online tariff and they customer service is questionable0
