Looking for decent savings account rate/cashback offer

Hi all

Ideally I'd like instant access but I can manage without. Currently I'm getting 3% on £5k savings, so something similar would be ideal.

Santander's eSaver4 sounds good (I know their customer service could be better, but I don't plan on interacting with them all that much so I can live with it for a good interest rate)

However, I was wondering if anyone knew where to find any decent cashback offers online for switching to Santander or any other similar rate savings account?
