My Blackberry broke and they replaced it with a new one, but I am now struggling to set up email on it - does anyone have a clue what I need to do?
It is telling me that the password or email address is wrong, but it isnt - I dont know what I am doing wrong..

What type of email account is it (not your email address), Google Mail? Hotmail? Yahoo? etc.
